The enquiry form stores your name, email, phone, message and the course you asked about so we can reply. The legal basis is steps you asked for before a possible booking. We keep the thread as long as the enquiry is open, then as long as accounting or a complaint needs it.

Mail is sent through Resend. Salon and academy dates are booked on Lime Booking, which is a separate service with its own form.

You can ask for access, correction or deletion at info@cikojesthetics.si. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner of Slovenia.
